The room has been nicely updated and the bed was super comfy, which was a major plus for me. the location is just amazing and so convenient, not too far from Nawiliwili Bay. Plus, the surroundings were really beautiful! 🌴

It has amicable staff on our request and beautiful facilities. As for us location is excellent, just off the beach and very picturet. There's cool The Right Slice at a medium distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

There is mold in some places.

everything was perfect, excellent location really close to the gardens and the island, very courteous staff. the room we had included a private safe, pay tv, and a microwave.

The hotel boasts a picturesque beach and golf course. It's located near the airport, and the grounds and gardens are pretty. that's where the positives end. We had high hopes for our stay, but it turned out to be a disaster. the room was old, musty, and infested with bugs. the air conditioning did not work, and bathroom amenities were limited. the staff were uninterested in addressing our concerns, and the service was generally lacking. the breakfast was overpriced, and the restaurants and bars were too expensive for what they offered. a disappointing and stressful experience.

During my New Year stay, I loved the beautiful grounds and gardens of the hotel. It was a treat to walk around and enjoy the magical botanical garden and the koi pond. The gigantic pool was impressive, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun while taking in the view of the pool area and the sea. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, having a shuttle service included and being right next to the airport was handy.

While the hotel had its positives, there were some disappointing aspects as well. One of the major issues was the presence of red ants in the rooms.

Lovely beach location, great amenities Enjoyed a fantastic city break and stayed at a hotel with great amenities. the location was just perfect as the hotel was located on the beach. We particularly loved the pool area which was not crowded at all and we could enjoy our own private jacuzzi pool every time. the hotel also had a lot of complementary offerings including free airport shuttle and dishware, utensils, and microwave in the room, which made it very convenient for us.

Some disturbances due to construction work Although we enjoyed the amenities of the hotel, there were a few issues. There was some construction work going on which was a bit disturbing, especially when it started during the day, and there was jackhammering which was too noisy.
